HR Systems Analyst

Leading entrepreneurial international law firm seeks a HR Systems Analyst on an initial 6 Month FTC to support their HR Systems Manager with all aspects of supporting their global HR system.

  • Salary to £43,000 FTE
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

HR Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR systems projects
  • Work in partnership with the Managers to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Build and generate accurate management information reports
  • Support cyclical HR projects
  • Support all end users by resolving day-to-day systems and data issues
  • Develop training material and other systems documentation

HR Systems Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:

  • HR Systems experience gained from a law firm or professional services firm environment
  • Knowledge of HR information systems
  • Strong IT skills, in particular manipulating data using MS Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
