Finance Systems Analyst wanted for a market leading global media brand! My client is looking for an experienced Analyst to assist them with the optimising of a recent Workday Apative system implementation. The successful candidate will also assist the corporate FP&A team with monthly management reporting and providing senior stakeholders across the organisation with timely insights on key trends, risks, and opportunities

Key responsibilities include -

  • Serve as a point of contact and collaborate with finance teams to address challenges and ensure best practices for Workday Adaptive workforce planning
  • Support the Head of FP&A, Projects, and the project team in developing the new Workday Adaptive workforce planning system
  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for Workday Adaptive workforce planning
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles within business deadlines for global FP&A reporting
  • Business Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Support financial insights and reporting requests from various departments

Candidate requirements -

  • Part-qualified or equivalent accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Ideally, experience in the media or a similar international industry
  • Proficient in Workday Adaptive (or similar tools), Oracle EPM (or similar), Excel, and Google products
  • Proven experience in delivering month-end management reporting packs
  • Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in process improvement, from identifying opportunities to implementation in complex reporting environments
