Were looking for a dynamic and hands-on Junior IT Collaboration Analyst to join a leading UK charity in a permanent role.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing technical support for their suite of collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and backend supporting infrastructure. This role also involves managing landline and mobile phone services, plus calling plans, and, as technologies continue to evolve, the successful candidate will be actively involved in the advancement of all collaboration tools.
Additionally, the role will involve providing technical support to a variety of IT projects as new products are explored and implemented.
Our clients IT team supports a network of 7,000 users across 900 locations, leveraging a comprehensive IT infrastructure to deliver several essential line-of-business systems to reach out to all staff. This role involves interacting with individuals at all levels within the charity, ensuring that the organisation fully benefits from its IT infrastructure investments.
To be successful in this position, you should have a degree or equivalent relevant experience, practical experience with Microsoft Teams, and a minimum ITIL foundation certification.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and associated infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain landline and mobile phone services, including calling plans.
- Participate in IT projects, offering technical support as new products are explored and implemented.
- Work collaboratively with various levels of staff across the organisation to maximise the benefits of the IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the smooth operation and integration of collaboration tools within the IT framework.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience with Microsoft Teams and related collaboration tools.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all organisational levels.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience with additional collaboration tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with backend supporting infrastructure for IT collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in IT collaboration.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large, multi-location organisation.
