Our client, a software organisation is currently recruiting for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is offering hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office, in London. Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee Rev Ops projects
- Understanding the customer lifecycle, identifying areas to improve it
- Working closely with revenue leads
- Working with a host of key stakeholders
- Working on automated reporting implementation supported by the BI team
- Working with suppliers to improve the CRM data
- Supporting forecasting across sales and marketing teams
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of a SaaS customer lifecycle
- Strong understanding of
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience with data and reporting
- Experience working with a host of key stakeholders
