Sonic Summary

Our client, a leading MGA insurer, is seeking an Azure Solution Architect with a focus on Azure, APIs, Integration, and Portals.
The role involves leading the definition of end-to-end solution architecture and designing and building APIs and integration services.
Candidates should have experience working in a multi-vendor team and with group-level Infrastructure and Architecture teams, preferably in insurance or financial services.
The position offers hybrid working with three days per week in the office and requires a strong communicator with negotiation skills.
The salary for this role is competitive, and applicants should have significant experience in relevant technologies and practices.

Azure Solution Architect - OUTSIDE IR35

Our client, a leading MGA insurer, are recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience of Azure, APIs, Integration, Portals and system work.

Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office

Role:

Leading definition of end to end solution architecture, including linking Portals, third-party platforms/services and core Transaction systems, via an API gateway
Designing and building APIs and integration services
Experience with architecture, design and development of Microsoft solutions (including use of Azure)
Experience of working as part of a multi-vendor team split across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams
Experience of working with group level Infrastructure and Architecture teams
Ideally experience gained in Insurance or financial services, in an MGA or Carrier
Ability to work quickly, efficiently and methodically
A strong team player who is confident in their ability
Very strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Experience of integrating platforms and services via APIs via a .NET/Azure-based stack
