Job Description:

"Desired Experience:

  • Extensive implementation and consulting experience for integration in Global SuccessFactors programmes

  • Experience of transforming businesses and business processes using integration technologies

  • Strong customer focus with good client facing consulting capability as the role involves working collaboratively with our client, and on behalf of our client

  • Playing an active part in Process Improvement, ensuring compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures, including completion of all the specified quality records

Role:

  • Provide Solution Architecture guidance for identified projects and oversee and provide quality assurance by mentoring, monitoring and training delivery teams

  • Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability in Integration projects

  • SME Face-off for external and internal stakeholders, is the point of expertise related to the area under consideration for both the customer as well as the internal team

  • Provide strategic direction to the competency build for the area in terms of areas of focus and related roadmaps

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Integration Architecture experience in multi-country global SuccessFactors implementation designing integration solutions using variety of integration middleware and direct integrations

  • SuccessFactors Integration Tools: Integration Centre, Intelligent Services Centre, Report Centre, Security Centre, LMS Reports

  • SuccessFactors OData API in modules Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and so on. SuccessFactors Compound Employee API

  • Configuration of Role Based Permissions for API Access

  • Integration methods like HTTPS, REST, OData, SOAP, File

Desirable Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Boomi Platform, IBM WebMethods, SAP Integration Suite

  • Experience of integrating SuccessFactors with HireVue, ServiceNow, Qualtrics

  • SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning

  • Ping Identity - enabling SSO and generating SAML Assertion

  • SAP Integration Solution Advisory Methodology

  • SAP Data Services SuccessFactors Adapter and File Location Objects

  • Government Cyber Security Strategy"
