Location: UK or Europe (Remote)

We are searching for a Multilingual Solutions Architect to join a cutting-edge leader in the Insurtech space. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering bespoke technology solutions for clients within the insurance industry. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that align with their business objectives. This role requires fluency in English, French, German, and one Nordic language, as you will be supporting clients across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement architecture solutions tailored to the insurance industry, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
  • Act as the technical lead in the implementation of solutions, working with both internal teams and external clients
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the entire lifecycle of the project, from initial discussions to post-implementation
  • Ensure that all solutions align with industry standards and client-specific needs
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively in English, French, German, and a Nordic language
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest Insurtech trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve offerings

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, French, German, and a Nordic language (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with Insurance Technology
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes, technologies, and industry challenges
  • Ability to design and present scalable and secure architecture solutions tailored to client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with international clients
