Are you an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Solutions Architect, or a B2B Commerce Cloud Consultant with solution design experience?

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Solutions Architect include:- Lead project discovery workshops to understand client requirements and define eCommerce strategies.- Architect and design cross-channel customer engagement solutions, including Commerce, marketing, and service components.- Develop and implement large-scale Commerce solutions.- Liaise with technical and functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of Commerce solutions.- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.- Develop and maintain detailed architecture diagrams and data flows.- Evaluate and recommend best practice solutions based on project and business needs.

Skills

As the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Solutions Architect you should ideally have the following:- Proven background with Commerce Cloud and Salesforce technology solutions.- Proven background with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, including hands-on development and solution design.- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com system development, including SFDC coding standards and out-of-the-box features.- Experience with integration of systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies.- Expertise in designing and optimising business processes and integrating them across disparate systems.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in Agile or iterative development methodologies and working with cross-functional teams, as well as consultancy experience.

Qualifications

Salesforce certifications ideally should include: B2B Solutions Architect, Systems Architect and Application Architect.
