Senior End User Computing Analyst£40000 - £44000 per annumLondon - HybridCharity organisationYour new roleWe are looking for a hands-on Senior End User Computing Analyst who has experience in technical administration, supervising, operations, support, and maintenance of user-facing infrastructure.User-facing infrastructure:
- Third party vendors
- Laptops, Chromebooks, and Macs
- Application management
Daily responsibilities
- Influence the design, contribute to the development and configuration and provide operational support of the IT environment.
- Ensure that all operational systems and processes are fully documented.
- Investigate future technologies.
- Provide quality assurance in the design, planning and review of operational readiness for new projects.
- Install, configure and test the various components of the environment
- Business continuity planning
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- IT supplier management
- ITIL process implementation
