Job Title: ServiceNow ArchitectRate: £700 per day (Inside IR35)Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid - Government Site as Required)Contract Length: 6-12 Months (Potential for Extension)
Overview:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a UK Government organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM). This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical government projects, driving digital transformation and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the architectural design and strategic roadmap for ServiceNow implementations.

Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, particularly within ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration).

Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.

Ensure alignment with UK Government security, compliance, and governance standards.

Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with development teams to oversee configuration, customisation, and deployment of new features.

Conduct architectural reviews and ensure the platform adheres to industry and government best practices.

Provide mentorship and technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect within enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in ITOM (including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management).

Experience working within UK Government or public sector organisations is highly desirable.

Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNowintegrations

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance, meaning they must have lived in the UK for the last five years without gaps exceeding six months.
