I am currently working with a major investment bank that is looking for experienced Solution Architects to join their team. This opportunity offers a 12-month contract with a competitive rate of £750 per day (via umbrella), based in Chester with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).

The role involves supporting their Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Transaction Services teams, focusing on Payments, Accounting Services, Liquidity Management, Receivables, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, and Commercial Card domains. The ideal candidate would need to have strong experience in defining architectural visions, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business strategies.

Key skills include:

  • Domain knowledge of Payments and related financial services.
  • Experience with IT architecture frameworks (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile).
  • Proven ability to drive strategy and performance improvements.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
