- Mandatory Experience: PSS, merchandising solutions, fare shopping engines, revenue management systems, payment orchestration platforms, digital commerce/eCommerce engines
- Preferred Experience: Next-generation offer & order management systems, dynamic pricing solutions, and travel retail & distribution software

- Project Collaboration: Experienced in projects involving business users, UX, and development teams.
- Client Workshops: Proficient in leading workshops, solution discovery, and impactful client presentations.
- Communication: Excellent skills in interacting with top and middle management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Technical and Functional Analysis: Capable of delivering insightful findings.
- Project Management: Basic skills in progress reporting, risk identification, and action plan development.
- Technical Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA/Confluence, and diagramming tools.
