Sonic Summary

The position is for a Solution Architect specializing in Payments for a 6-month contract, inside IR35, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the office.
Candidates should have experience in payments systems like SWIFT, ACH, and others, along with a background in Demand Deposit Accounting and Banking Regulations.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, assessing technology impacts, and ensuring adherence to design standards.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, along with TOGAF certification and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Solution Architect - Payments

6 Months - Inside IR35 - Hybrid 3 days p/week in the office.

Required Experience

Payments, such as SWIFT, ACH, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SEPA, TARGET2, ISO 20022
Demand Deposit Accounting,
Treasury and Cash Management Systems,
Banking Regulations, such as OFAC, FTR, PSD2, AML,
Trade Finance and Loans

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and articulate their needs and problem statements.
Understanding the product vision and roadmap and help project in PI Planning.
Assess the scope of change and impact to technology and stakeholders.
Facilitate walkthroughs for requirement and solution assessments.
Reviewing project designs for adherence to the organisation design standards and technology stack like Cloud, security, change governance.
Set the technology strategy (technology and design standards) for the department.
Working closely with the enterprise architecture team to build out the treasury platform.
Support the build out of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Technology strategy through development of blueprints in the treasury space.
Ensuring timely quality deliverables.
Regular status reporting to Senior Management in technology and the business

Qualifications

Experience with Agile project methodologies
TOGAF certification
