Eames Consulting is working with a prominent organisation in the financial services sector to recruit a skilled Solution Architect specialising in Workday. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative projects, ensuring Workday solutions are aligned with the client's evolving business objectives. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking team dedicated to innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Workday implementation and optimisation projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.
  • Design and execute Workday integration strategies, leveraging Workday Studio, EIB, and API integration.
  • Configure and optimise Workday Financial Management, Prism Analytics, and Accounting Centre to enhance data insights and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop secure and scalable solutions using Workday Security expertise, including role-based access controls.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and functionality of Workday modules.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance post-implementation, focusing on system enhancements and user training.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Workday implementations across multiple modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and custom integration systems.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Financial Management, Prism Analytics, and Accounting Centre functionality.
  • Background in data migration, reporting frameworks, and dashboard creation.
  • Proven experience in Workday Security, including role-based permissions and audit controls.
  • Familiarity with best practices for Workday deployment methodologies.
  • Workday Accreditation (e.g., Financial Management, Security, Prism).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in tenant configuration and change management processes.
  • Background in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.

Education & Certifications
