Solution Architect - Azure/M3656 month contract Outside IR35 £650 p/dLondon Hybrid (possible adhoc travel abroad)

Our client, a global Insurance firm, are currently looking to hire an Integration Architect to join the team on an Outside IR35 contract basis. This role would be hybrid working with the client site based in London.

This Architect role forms part of a dedicated IT M&A Integration team that is responsible for the delivery of an international integration programme. The role will involve working on multiple projects to act as a hands-on Architect, providing design support as well as an element of engineering across on premises infrastructure & Microsoft cloud technologies.

Key Experience:

  • M&A project experience
  • O365 Tenant to Tenant migrations

Role requirements:

  • Extensive experience in an infrastructure cloud architecture position working primarily with Microsoft Azure & M365 technologies
  • Experience of architect solutions to meet security and governance requirements
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, being able to document solutions clearly and a high and low level, and present to governing boards prior to technical implementation
  • Ability to assist with the technical delivery of solutions for multiple projects maintaining the agreed solution design
  • Experience of working within ITIL change management governance
  • Ability to lead and provide guidance to infrastructure engineers
  • Excellent communication skills, to be highly collaborative with the current team, management structure and business leaders
  • Azure infrastructure enterprise level projects, that design and deploy cloud environments for hosting business application services;
  • Working closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design
  • Designing, testing, and implementing application services migrations in both a manual and automated manner
  • Working closely with client operational resources in updating their on-premise practices to include cloud
