My market leading client in the manufacturing space, are looking to hire an HR Solution Architect to design and maintain a seamless HR technology ecosystem, integrating systems such as HRIS, talent management, and learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage HR technology architecture and integrations.
Evaluate and select vendors, ensuring compliance and technical alignment.
Act as a technical liaison between HR, IT, and external partners.
Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and document processes.

Essential Experience:

Expertise in HR technologies (e.g., SAP suite, ATS, LMS).
