Solution Architect - SAP HR and ERP Systems
Salary up to £70,000 + bonus
UK wide, largely remote with infrequent travel
My market leading client in the manufacturing space, are looking to hire an HR Solution Architect to design and maintain a seamless HR technology ecosystem, integrating systems such as HRIS, talent management, and learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage HR technology architecture and integrations.
- Evaluate and select vendors, ensuring compliance and technical alignment.
- Act as a technical liaison between HR, IT, and external partners.
- Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and document processes.
Essential Experience:
- Expertise in HR technologies (e.g., SAP suite, ATS, LMS).
- Experience with system architecture, cloud technologies, and security.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
