We are currently seeking an M365 Architect for a London Local Authority, where you will lead a multi-disciplined end user team focused on continuous improvements.
This role involves managing server infrastructure and system integration across SaaS, on-premises, and Azure platforms.
The position is an initial 3-month contract, offering around £400/day (Inside IR35).
Experience in the local authority or in the public sector is preferred.
Key responsibilities include leading the Systems Team, overseeing temporary staff, and collaborating with various managers to implement best practices and technology strategies.

LeadtheSystemsTeam,managingteammembersoperationallyanddevelopmentallytoensurearesilient,high-qualityagileservice.
Overseetemporarystaff,consultants,contractors,andsupplierstodeliverprojectsandprogrammes.
TakeresponsibilityfortheentireM365andAzuretenancy.
CollaboratewiththeEnterpriseArchitecttodetermineandimplementthetechnologystrategy,achievingefficienciesandsavingsacrossthecouncil.
WorkwiththeITSecurityManagertoidentifyandimplementbestpracticesecuritycontrolsacrosstheuserandserverestate.
PartnerwiththeNetworkandTelephonyManagertodesignandimplementbestpracticablesolutionsacrossserversandsystems.
