We are currently seeking an M365 Architect for a London Local Authority, where you will lead a multi-disciplined end user team focusing on continuous improvements.
This role involves managing server infrastructure and system integration across SaaS, on-premises, and Azure platforms.
This is an initial 3-month contract, offering around £400/day (Inside IR35).
Experience in the local authority or in the public sector is preferred, with a focus on leading teams and overseeing projects.
Candidates should be prepared for interviews to take place as soon as possible, with a view to starting soon thereafter.

KeyResponsibilities:

LeadtheSystemsTeam,managingteammembersoperationallyanddevelopmentallytoensurearesilient,high-qualityagileservice.
Overseetemporarystaff,consultants,contractors,andsupplierstodeliverprojectsandprogrammes.
TakeresponsibilityfortheentireM365andAzuretenancy.
CollaboratewiththeEnterpriseArchitecttodetermineandimplementthetechnologystrategy,achievingefficienciesandsavingsacrossthecouncil.
WorkwiththeITSecurityManagertoidentifyandimplementbestpracticesecuritycontrolsacrosstheuserandserverestate.
PartnerwiththeNetworkandTelephonyManagertodesignandimplementbestpracticablesolutionsacrossserversandsystems.
