Stanton House is working with a Financial Services business looking for a Solutions Architect to join a fast-growing Finance Transformation Team.
Role: Solutions Architect
Focus: Workday Accounting Centre and Workday Financials, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving within the accounting domain.
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Location: Hybrid Working, Central London - 3 Days Office Based, 2 Days Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Drive finance transformation and process improvements.
- Design operating models and manage system upgrades.
- Collaborate across the accounting area to address challenges and implement solutions.
- Support the launch of new products and create complex balance sheets.
Required Skills
- Experience with SQL and big data.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Previous work with finance ERPs.
- Background in accounting (preferably qualified or significant experience working in an accounting team).
- Understanding of finance team needs and operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Transitioned from a BAU finance role to solutions architecture with a strong finance background.
- Experience in creating complicated balance sheets and launching new financial products.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, especially regarding Workday Accounting Centre.
