Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust, who are recruiting for a Workforce Systems Lead. The successful candidate will be the SME for workforce systems and work closed with the HR team.

Salary - £62,215 - £72,293 DOE

Location: London – Hybrid

Duration: 12 month FTC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the workforce and OD dept using technology to drive the integration and improvement of workforce processes and systems
  • Liaise with system suppliers, attending and contributing to system contract management meetings and processes
  • Manage and develop the Senior Systems Analyst
  • Implement recommendations following the HR Systems Review
  • Lead on the mapping out of processes and workflows for the system team
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure the workforce system are fit for purpose and future proof
  • Lead, implement and deliver HR systems projects as and when these arise
  • Work with the wider HR team to understand the HR system challenges to deliver the best solution for the trust
  • Work in close partnership with the IT on system issues
  • Assess opportunities within the trust that can be supported through workforce systems
  • Expert knowledge of System compatibility
  • Ensure that the trust is developing efficiencies through the use of technology (in particular automation and the use of alternative technologies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of HR systems, policies and procedures ensuring that they support the trust’s objectives and are applied consistently using common documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • HR Systems subject matter expert – specifically ESR
  • Experience in project management of system deployment with proven delivery of complex projects
  • Experience of managing an end to-end implementation of an HR System
  • Technical and practical experience of implementing HR systems
