Right time, right place.  Are you in the right place?  We're keen to hear from any experienced 3E Finance Systems Analysts or Senior Finance Systems Analysts who are looking for a clearer path ahead in progressing towards Finance Systems Manager or Head of Finance Systems levels.  Balance Recruitment are exclusively supporting a Top 50 law firm with a newly created Finance Systems Team Lead opportunity. A step-up role in which you’ll provide a new layer of management with their finance systems team, leading a team of two Financial Systems Analysts.  This side of the team focus on the functional usage of 3E and associated finance systems rather than the dev/tech side, although you’ll need to have extensive experience of 3E and SQL Server.  There will be ongoing development for the successful applicant, with a long-term succession path in mind.
