Sonic Summary

The role is for an experienced HR Systems & MI specialist to support the HR team in People Analytics, Reporting, and HRIS management.
Candidates should have proven HR Systems & MI experience, preferably within financial services, with expertise in HiBob or Workday.
The position requires strong skills in MS applications, particularly Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in delivering reports to management.
The specialist will be responsible for managing the HRIS, developing dashboards, and producing monthly reporting for senior leaders and the Board.
The salary for this contract role is competitive, and candidates are expected to have a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

We have a contract role for an experienced HR Systems & MI specialist who will support the HR team with effective and efficient People Analytics, Reporting and HRIS management.

Management of the HRIS, ensuring that the HRIS is being used to its full functionality.
Dashboard development and maintenance.
Design, develop and maintain HR MI reports.
Provide data and analysis to support business needs and decision making. With ability to tell a story around the analytics.
Produce the monthly Reporting and MI for the HR team, Senior leaders and Board presentation.
Support the implementation and roll out a new HR System.

Experience:

Excellent HR Systems & MI experience with proven experience within financial services (HiBob and or Workday a preference)
Expert in MS suite applications Power BI, Word, Excel (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential), PowerPoint, Outlook.
Experience of delivering reports and presentations to management level audiences
Data analysis, reporting and data visualisation
