An exciting opportunity to join a high-performance business which boasts a passionate and inclusive culture that empowers people to grow and develop. This award-winning business is looking to secure a HR Systems Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of people technology solutions and optimise the HRIS.

You will be providing first level support and reporting on all aspects of people related data. This role is pivotal in helping to automate processes and provide first level support to all users globally.

Some of the role responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies.
  • Proposing innovative methods to enable the HRIS to support the globalisation and automation of people processes.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR analytics and decision-making.
  • Create and support system documentation including standard operating procedures, system configurations and user guides.
  • Develop HR dashboards to drive data availability and reduce the volume of ad-hoc requests.
  • Support data cleansing exercises, system migrations and integrations.

Experience required:

  • HRIS experience including, data analysis, reporting and system troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical skills in report writing, highly numerate and analytical.
  • Proficiency in Visio and PowerBI.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to handle and manipulate large sets of data.
