Summary
We have a brand-new role for an ICT Solutions Delivery Lead on a mostly remote basis, with some very occasional travel to central London. This role is exclusively available through Oscar Technology.
This role is responsible for management of the ICT solutions team: performance, recruitment and induction. As an advocate for digital innovation, you will also the lead on the implementation and project management of new ICT solutions and upgrades to existing solutions. You would need to have a strong knowledge of Azure and Power Platform.
The Company
This is working for a company with a significant program of work, they are making some major improvements to a number of key business systems. We have placed 4 people with them in the last couple of months, with further growth planned for 2025.
They have an excellent benefits package, which I have outlined below but headlined by 27 days AL and a 12% Pension. They look after their staff, all three of the people recently onboarded are enjoying the work and progressing well.
Your responsibilities / accountabilities in this role will be:
- Provide leadership in the design, implementation and maintenance of ICT solutions using M365, Azure, SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Ensure designs meet business requirements and security standards.
- Complete technical documentation ensuring it is clear and comprehensive
- Ensure all projects are managed using known project methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and risk management strategies
- Act as an escalation point for technical and project-related issues, and resolve appropriately.
- Monitor the performance and progress of ICT Solutions during building, and provide status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure thorough testing of solutions to validate functionality, performance and security.
- Create technical requirements based on the gathering and analysis of business requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in building solutions in PowerApps, LogicApps, PowerBI
- Experience in Sharepoint / Office 365 solution development
- Proven experience in leading a team delivering ICT solutions
- Experience designing and delivering complex technical solutions using Microsoft to resolve business problems
