As the iManage specialist you will be responsible for the seamless integration of the iManage applications into the Law firm's application landscape (integration into Office 365 or the interfaces to other business applications such as Practice Management or the Intake solution).

Description

As the iManage specialist you will be responsible for the seamless integration of the iManage applications into the Law firm's application landscape (integration into Office 365 or the interfaces to other business applications such as Practice Management or the Intake solution).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our iManage Work10 environment, including Security Policy Manager and Threat Manager, through the entire software lifecycle from solution conceptualization to implementation while maintaining close communication with users.
  • Ensure seamless integration of iManage applications within our firm's ecosystem, including Office 365 and other key business applications like Practice Management and Intake solutions.
  • Skillfully blend an understanding of user needs with deep technical expertise in configuration and design.
  • Continuously enhance systems based on user and security requirements.
  • Manage relationships with software suppliers and service providers.
  • Lead project and test management for technology upgrades and developments.Join a motivated "enablers" team, dedicated to excellence and innovation in a specialized environment.

Successful Candidate Profile

They bring strong technical expertise in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving iManage 10, iManage Security Policy Manager, and iManage Threat Manager, including their integration with other applications.

Passionate about document management, they stay updated on market trends, best practices, and high-quality technology solutions.

Experience with legal applications like Aderant, Intapp, or Litera, along with an understanding of industry-specific requirements, is a plus.

With strong conceptual thinking and a hands-on approach, they effectively manage projects in a structured, organized manner.

Their structured work style, project, and test management skills make them pivotal in introducing, evolving, and upgrading applications. Motivated and proactive, they inspire progress and bring excellent communication skills to enrich our team

The ideal candidate has a degree in computer science or related IT training, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for innovative solutions and a curiosity for emerging technologies.

Job Offer

This role offers up to £110,000 per annum for the ideal candidate plus pension and other benefits

This role is 80% remote and only requires 1 day on site per week in Central London
