We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for a growing organisation within the Insurance sector. You will be working with both new and existing clients in the implementation and support of our client’s industry leading product.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within the Insurance sector and thrive on collaboration, analysis, and technical problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence. This is a home-based role however there will be instances when you will be required to visit client sites in the UK and Ireland, so you must be open to occasional travel.
Reporting to the Project Manager the Business Analyst will use their business relationship skills to gain an understanding of the customer’s business and match their requirements to the capabilities of our client’s product. Following project methodology and processes you will ensure successful project outcomes by collaborating with customers and internal functions to gather, analyse and document detailed business requirements. Supporting product development, you will identify and document product performance through testing and enhancements.
To be considered you will have
- Solid experience within a Business Analyst role
- Possess a good understanding of the Insurance sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical and methodical approach.
- Knowledge of XML and SOA technologies.
- Experience with DevOps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Proven experience in full system implementation.
