Robertson Bell are supporting a Central Government organisation to recruit an interim HRIS Implementation Manager on an initial four month contract as they undergo a period of change which includes the introduction of a new ERP system - Oracle Fusion.
The HRIS Implementation Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading on all testing to indetify and fix problems.Â
- Mapping, streamlining and ensuring processes are accurately translated onto the new system.
- Running reports on the system and providing insight to management.Â
- Migrating information from the old system onto Oracle Fusion.
The HRIS Implementation Manager will have;Â
- Recent experience implementing an HRIS system, ideally Oracle Fusion.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.Â
This role requires SC Clearance so, if you don't currently possess this then you will need to be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.Â
