Summary: We are seeking a talented Power Platform Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to enable business users to embark on their journey as low code engineers. As well as supporting these business users, the ideal candidate will be able to support end users with functional and technical queries in their role as Level 2 Business Support.With 3-5 years of experience, the candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that Power Platform solutions deliver tangible value to our clients.Responsibilities:1. Support colleagues beginning their journey developing Low Code applications to understand the roles and responsibilities of support processes2. Advise and educate colleagues be able to debug and analyse issues to discover route causes and help identify and deliver fixes3. Advise and educate colleagues to be able to safely deploy updates to solutions through Power Platform Pipelines4. Advise and educate colleagues to be able to use monitoring and reporting tools5. Be an advocate for the low-code community6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Power Platform solutions.7. Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, identify pain points, and recommend appropriate Power Platform components.8. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Power Platform solutions.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.2. 3-5 years of experience working as a functional consultant or business analyst, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.3. Proficiency in configuring and customising Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build end-to-end solutions.4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.6. Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals are preferred
