About the Role:

As a Primary ECT, you will take on full class teaching responsibilities in a year group suited to your strengths and training, whether in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

  • Plan and deliver exciting and inclusive lessons that support pupil progress
  • Participate in collaborative planning and year group support networks
  • Establish a positive, engaging learning environment
  • Be supported through a comprehensive induction tailored for Primary ECTs
