Salary: 55,000 base + OTE

We've partnered with a boutique Salesforce Consultancy looking for a Salesforce Solutions Consultant with a strong focus on client engagement, pre-sales activities, and solution delivery. You'll be at the forefront of identifying client needs, designing tailored Salesforce solutions, and ensuring a seamless implementation journey.
What You'll Do:
- Lead pre-sales engagements, including scoping client requirements, delivering impactful demos, and crafting compelling proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
- Identify new business opportunities, working closely with the leadership team to grow the consultancy's client base.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to achieve client objectives.
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, integrations, and optimisation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Salesforce consulting with a strong track record in pre-sales and business development.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) and associated certifications.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for identifying and winning new opportunities.
