Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for SAP B1 users, troubleshooting issues efficiently
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver effective solutions
- Assist with SQL queries and database management
- Support SAP HANA environments, ensuring system performance and reliability
- Use Crystal Reports to create and modify reports
Key Requirements:
- Experience in SAP B1 first-line support
- Prior experience with an SAP B1 Partner
- Strong understanding of SQL and HANA databases
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, DTW, Boyum B1UP, and Print & Delivery
- BPA knowledge is essential; Sharperlight is a plus
- Experience with Produmex WMS and Scan is an advantage
Salary:
- ?? £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits
Location:
- �? Fully remote - no travel required
