You will be providing exceptional first and second-line support to our business users. IT Desktop Technician who has held a similar IT position and has gained experience in support of IT. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and self-motivated individual who can quickly adapt to our environment and begin contributing immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional IT support to customers, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and repair computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software applications, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Collaborate with team members to document and share best practises and technical knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT to enhance your skills and provide cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an IT Desktop Technician or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Certified professional or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
