Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver a high-quality first line IT support to students and staff and second line support on occasions.
  • Manage the IT ticketing system resolving issues promptly while triaging other requests to relevant IT Engineers, including escalating urgent tickets.
  • Manage processes for new starters, leavers, staff changes and the provisioning and decommissioning of IT equipment according to agreed procedures and policies.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
