Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver a high-quality first line IT support to students and staff and second line support on occasions.
- Manage the IT ticketing system resolving issues promptly while triaging other requests to relevant IT Engineers, including escalating urgent tickets.
- Manage processes for new starters, leavers, staff changes and the provisioning and decommissioning of IT equipment according to agreed procedures and policies.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
