2nd line onsite Engineer
Salary: up to £40k
Location - London, Liverpool Street. x5 days onsite
What you will be doing
- A groundbreaking London based company is seeking a 2nd Line support Engineer to join a diverse, supportive and sociable team to support users, manage tickets and engage with top-end clients.
- This role facilitates your development as an IT professional as well as showcasing your client interaction skills in addition to problem solving.
Required Skills
- Basic networking
- Windows server support
- Office 365 administration
- Experience as a 2nd line support Engineer.
- Formal IT Qualification. Preferably MCSE/MCIPT or multiple MCP’s.
- Efficient in meeting all SLA’s (including troubleshooting, maintenance and support).
Desired skills
- The ability to implement feedback.
- Able to manage expectations.
- Consistently ensure quality delivery.
- Azure.
- Base skills in Citrix ( XenApp/XenDesktop), Server Virtualization and Symantec products.
