Role Outline

We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Azure / Microsoft 365 specialist to join our Team. You should have a genuine interest in solving IT issues and empathetic to customer needs and requirements. Day-to-day tasks include management and troubleshooting of customer environments, helping our front-line service desk to resolve tickets quickly and efficiently.

Around 75% of your time will be spent as a point of escalation for our service desk, dealing with critical tickets and escalations, including change management. The candidate should be prepared to split their working day between providing support for customer environments, colleagues, and updating documentation. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be willing to collaborate with the wider IT support teams and help us continue to develop a strong partnership with our customers. Candidates will also display commercial acumen that enables them to identify and convert revenue opportunities.

  • Ability to prioritise and self-manage your workload.
  • You will have excellent client service skills, dealing with time critical issues efficiently as well as being enthusiastic about expanding your technical knowledge.

Required Skills

  • You will need as a minimum one of the following qualifications AZ-104 & MS-102
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of the following Azure components: Active Directory, Exchange Online, Autopilot, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Conditional Access, Multi Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management, Azure Information Protection, Azure Networking & Firewalls, Azure Storage, PowerShell scripting, Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Network support and minor changes
