OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN to £40,000
Hybrid working - 3/4 visits per month to London
- Producing debit/credit notes and processing premium bdx onto internal systems
- Submitting documents to the Bureaux/XIS and ensuring all bordereaux are chased up, received, processed and paid to relevant bureaux within settlement due dates
- Maintaining statistical information including Earned to Incurred figures and Profit Commissions as required
- Ensure that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed
- Manage own files as per internal Procedures Manual
- Assisting technical team with processing/technical queries
- Production and renewal of Binding Authorities / Slips, ensuring all are in acceptable order in line with both Lloyd's procedures/guidelines
- Production of Endorsements as appropriate
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge and understanding of London Market procedures
