Design & Technology - DT Technican

SW LondonASAP start£95-110 per day

We are currently working with a secondary school in SW London that require an experienced DT Technician to begin asap. The role will be full time, 8.30am-4.30pm.

You will be working in a large DT department covering areas such as graphic design, 3D product design, fashion and textiles, and some food tech prep. The canddiate must have good working knowledge with Techsoft Design V3. Ideally you will also have experience with ADOBE, as well as be HS certified within the last 5 years.

As a DT Technician you will:

  • be dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levels
  • encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
  • be responsible in helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn
  • assist the teacher with student learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour.

To be considered for this role of Science Technician you must hold relavent experience and qualifications.

Ideally you will already have some experience of working with young people, or you may be considering furthering your career in education as a teacher.
