Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer service requests in the UK and Ireland, ensuring efficient handling and resolution in line with our client's targets.

- Technical Assistance: Provide first-level technical support remotely or on-site, coordinating with field service engineers, service providers, and HQ support teams.

- Field Operations: Function as a field technician for equipment commissioning, preventive maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting until the service volume reaches a sufficient level.

- Service Coordination: Oversee service requests, prioritise tasks, and manage resources to effectively meet customer needs.

- Business Development: Contribute to developing the service offering, identify customer expectations, and promote services through customer visits and interactions.

Requirements:

- Location and Mobility: Home office in England, with the willingness and ability to travel frequently across the UK, potentially on a weekly basis, and occasionally to Ireland and France.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background, particularly in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

- Digital Skills: Comfortable with using various digital tools for communication, technical support, and service management.

- Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
