- Customer Support, Customer Facing
- VIP Support - Directors, SLTs
- 1st / 2nd line support Office 365
- Tech Bar Support experience
- Floor Walk, 1-2-1 Support as well as remote support experience
- Laptop/Desktop build and troubleshooting experience
- Office 365 build, troubleshooting, rollout experience
- Understanding of network and infrastructure
- ITSM tool / Call logging tool experience, such as ServiceNow, Remedy
- Flexibility - Out of hours and weekend hours availability to help with O365 build
- Be able to work shift work where required and adapt
- Ideally, you have your own transport to be able to travel to our sites
