Our client, a professional services company, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Technician to support the firm.
You will be required to provide a variety of technical support including; PC fault diagnostics, user account administration, IT hardware and dealing with change requests.
This is a full time role. IT Service Desk support is provided between 9:30am - 5:30pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm, depending on work rotas.
Technical skills and expertise
- Knowledge of Windows OS
- Good understanding of PC hardware
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Good end-user support skills & customer service
Desirable:
- Knowledge of established legal IT applications, such as iManage, Bighand or Practice Management systems
- Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365
