The Role:
- Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff
- Maintain and manage IT equipment, ensuring all systems operate efficiently
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
The Person:
- Experienced in IT support with a good understanding of hardware, software, and network systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
