The RoleAs an IT Support Engineer, you won't be stuck in a routine - you'll wear multiple hats, solving problems, supporting leadership, and keeping systems running smoothly. From troubleshooting issues to configuring workplace devices, your skills will be put to the test in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing VIP support to the leadership team - because even the bosses need tech help
  • Managing incidents, problems, and service requests, prioritizing based on impact.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues across Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of workplace devices (laptops, mobiles, Apple devices, etc.).
  • Keeping systems running and spotting potential issues before they escalate.
  • Helping to automate processes
  • Occasional UK/EU travel

What You'll Need

  • Circa 5 years in IT support with solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Technical expertise in the Microsoft stack.
  • A customer-first mindset - great service makes all the difference.
  • The ability to coach and guide less experienced team members.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and improving systems.
