If you are an experienced IT Support Engineer with a skill set to support both 2nd and 3rd line, we have a new contract we'd like to discuss with you.
This role is for 6 months initially and will require 5 days per week onsite in Central London. The successful candidate must have strong Apple Mac experience as well as Windows.
Role spec detail I have is as follows:
- L2 EUC Support
- Endpoint Management (Windows, MacOS, mobile devices)
- Patch Management & Apps Updates
- Apps Packaging (request based)
- M365 Management (Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint, Entra ID)
