Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with expertise in both 2nd and 3rd line support for a new 6-month contract role.
The position requires 5 days per week onsite in Central London.
Strong experience with Apple Mac and Windows is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include L2 EUC Support, Endpoint Management, Patch Management, Apps Packaging, and M365 Management.
The ideal candidate should have a competitive salary based on experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

If you are an experienced IT Support Engineer with a skill set to support both 2nd and 3rd line, we have a new contract we'd like to discuss with you.

This role is for 6 months initially and will require 5 days per week onsite in Central London. The successful candidate must have strong Apple Mac experience as well as Windows.

L2 EUC Support
Endpoint Management (Windows, MacOS, mobile devices)
Patch Management & Apps Updates
Apps Packaging (request based)
M365 Management (Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint, Entra ID)
