  • Development of client’s network services
  • Undertaking small-scale project work
  • Assisting Team members on larger IT projects
  • Building, servicing and repairing client devices on the workbench
  • Quoting for clients
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues
  • Identifying opportunities for growth
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous IT support experience is not required if you can demonstrate a strong interest in IT.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A wonderful telephone manner and good writing skills
  • Keen to continue learning
  • Local to Enfield, North London.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
