  • Development of client’s network services
  • Undertaking small-scale project work
  • Assisting Team members on larger IT projects
  • Building, servicing and repairing client devices on the workbench
  • Quoting for clients
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues
  • Identifying opportunities for growth
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous IT support experience, ideally in an MSP
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Keen to continue learning
  • Car ownership useful for occasionally travel to sites
