  • The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support across various technologies, including Office 365, Windows 10 and 11, and multiple network systems.

If you are an experienced IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and the ability to offer a first class service to users within a small business, we have an exciting opportunity for you. It is essential that you have good Mac and PC experience for this role as they have a mixed environment in favour of Macs.

Please note that this role will require onsite attendance 5 days per week in the City of London near (near Barbican) covering 8:30am to 5:30pm.

The successful candidate will provide 1st/2nd line support on the following:

  • IT knowledge with experience of: Office 365 - Exchange Online and product suite, Windows 10 and 11 desktop support, Mac Support across all mac devices & OS Platforms including O365 & Adobe Suites, Sharepoint and Teams, Active Directory, MS Azure, MFA, Windows Server 2012 R2 & 2019, HPE System Management, ITIL Framework, VPN technologies, Mitel Phone systems, Cisco Meraki and HP Switch technologies, Aruba Wi-Fi networks, Adobe Creative Studio Suite, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, Eset Security Management, System Inventory. Understanding of change management policies, windows Autopilot, iTunes, Conditional Access.
