They currently employ around 250 members of staff and operate from their stunning central London office in Shoreditch.  They need cover across IT Support (1st/2nd Line) in helping to resolve user support tickets, maintain systems, and assist on IT projects. Key Responsibilities: -
  • Working alongside other members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues
  • Supporting up to 250 internal users
  • Upgrading and maintaining the company’s infrastructure
  • Deskside and Service Desk support
 Key Skills: -
  • Windows and macOS support
  • MDM – Intune, Jamf
  • Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure
  • Google Workspace admin
  • VMware vSphere
  • Networking (routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs)
