- Working alongside other members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues
- Supporting up to 250 internal users
- Upgrading and maintaining the company’s infrastructure
- Deskside and Service Desk support
- Windows and macOS support
- MDM – Intune, Jamf
- Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure
- Google Workspace admin
- VMware vSphere
- Networking (routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs)
- Free breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks when in office (provided by in-house chef)
- Regular company social events available to attend
