Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next challenge? We're hiring for an IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic global support team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely anywhere in the UK, with occasional visits to the London office (2 days per month).
The Role:
- Provide IT post-sales support and analyse customer needs to recommend solutions.
- Assist with software installations and respond to customer calls and emails.
- Manage and resolve support incidents related to licences, hardware, and software.
- Test bug fixes and pre-release software versions, providing feedback to development teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT support, ideally with exposure to global support centres.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
