IT Support Engineer – Home Based (with occasional travel)
Salary: £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer for a fantastic home-based opportunity offering a competitive salary of £35,000. This role involves working with a leading group within the travel industry, providing crucial IT support to internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for managing core IT systems, ensuring smooth operations, and driving process improvements. The role offers great potential for professional growth within a supportive and dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support to internal teams and external partners, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Administer and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environments, including user management and policy implementation.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, equipment orders, and procurement processes.
  • Manage onboarding for new starters, including hardware and software setup.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, and implement new tools and systems.
What Experience is Required:
  • Strong IT support experience, including troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., HALO ITSM) and basic PowerShell scripting.
